Vital Core Certification

First Level Vital Points Master

Congratulations in choosing to create a “Vital Core” of health and life balance.

By certifying, you’ll be ready to give others the same experience you have had and now can share it with others.

Please note: If you are an overachiever, you may want to do more spins and imprints and spend more time so you can certify faster.

The fastest way to learn vital core is on the thigh. There is almost no resistance, no ligaments and no bone structure to cause pain or friction with your knuckle. You will save your knuckle and will be able to breeze through the steps. And you will be able to create the new muscle memory needed to use the entire arm, even the shoulder for the gliding over and continuous motion necessary for Vital Core to activate the signal points.

The Criterion for Certification

1. a. Watch all the video clips on Vitalpoints.co.

b.Familiarize yourself with the website so you can answer questions that will help you

2. a. Set up a practice schedule of 15 minutes a day

    b. Practice each step, individually, first on the thighs.

    c. When you are comfortable with the motion, and you know the individual steps.

3. a. Practice one step a day on the foot itself.

b.Watch the video clip to be certain you are following the correct motions and procedure.

    c. Be sure to go lightly. This will save your foot and your knuckle as you learn how to do Vital Core.

4.  a.Lightly practice first on the right foot.

b.Follow by practicing on the left foot.

c.During the learning of the entire technique is the ONLY time when you will switch feet and practice one move instead of                           performing all motions first on the right foot and then switching to perform all motions on the left foot.

d.Because you are sending messages to the parasympathetic nerves and activating signal points it is important for the body to                remain in balance after you stop practicing.

5.  Only practice Reboot 4C on the thigh until you know you have it pretty close.  This will take extra time and can have some                      immediate imbalancing effects if not done correctly.

6.  Watch all the live classes in a forum series (7)

7.  Attend a minimum of 4 live classes.

8.  Write a summary for the 3-4 most important points for the classes you are unable to attend and submit by email to vp@vitalpoints.co.

9.  Share Vital Core with 3 other people. If possible, share it on yourself as well.

10. Take a photo of you doing Vital Core for each of the three people.

11. Invite each of them to individually write a short two sentence for you to submit to the course director for use on the website detailing       their personal experience, one or all of the following:

      a.less pain

      b.More energy

      c.A feeling of rejuvenation

d.A sense of calmness and balance

      e.More clarity

      f.Other:

12.  a. Schedule a date for online or in person review and sign off with a certified Vital Core instructor as soon as all of the above are                completed.

b.The in person or online final will be to perform a Vital Core either on an individual on a certified Vital Core instructor.  You may use        notes, the online website and any other helps to improve your outcomes.

After the above are all completed, you will receive a signed certification to display in your office or your home.

Happy Spinning!
